This is Alexander Nicholas Laplace the third.
He is a fox.
He lost his left arm when attempting to synthesize hexanitrohexaazaisowurtzitane in his kitchen...

also, he is a huge germophobe and will refuse to touch anything that hasn't been sterilized.
on a related note, he avoids walking at all costs as he doesnot like having his feet on the ground...
Don't  be fooled by the smile, the guy has negligible tact and zero chill...
He can and will experiment on those close to him..

the only reason he's smiling is because he just finished a device that stabilizes the local space time around it so that teleportation/reality warping abilities are nullified...
